Chocolate Amatller was founded in Barcelona in 1797. After more than two centuries manufacturing superb quality confectionery, is one of the oldest in Europe.
All chocolate processing, including roasting of the cocoa beans, is carried out by Chocolate Amatller.
Amatller chocolates are packaged in Art Noveau reproductions of beautifully illustrated wrappers and boxes originally used by the brand in the late 19th century.
Made from 85% single-origin cocoa beans from Ghana and sugar. For lovers of the natural tastes of single-origin cacao, with no added flavours.
The Ghanaian cocoa is of the Forastero variety and has a pronounced taste, with fruity and toasted notes of prolonged intensity on the palate.
Cocoa Mass (origin Ghana), sugar. Cocoa 85% minimum.
Store in cool and dry place at 18ºC. If this is not possible, keep refrigerated, and remove from fridge some minutes before serving.
