We can't do pasta on a paleo menu, but this sweet potato gnocchi is by far the best we've ever come up with! The paleo zoodles are great, but these gnocchi actually taste like the real thing. The Gnocchi comes with a low temperature braised free-range pork loin and a delicious mushroom sauce.
