Our chef added a blend of Orange, Oregano and Chili to infuse these flavours with the sea salt to add more depth and complexity.
Fleur de Sel is hand-harvested sea salt collected by workers who scrape only the top layer of salt before it sinks to the bottom of large salt pans. Rich in minerals and nothing has been added to it. The large flakes are great for seasoning steaks or sprinkling on top of dishes for seasoning and presentation.
