A classic greek dish with a paleo twist! A joy to behold; spiced New Zealand lamb leg mingling with eggplants and a delicious creamy tomato sauce under a layer of sweet potato.
Ingredients: NZ Pastured-fed Lamb, Tomato, Sweet Potato, Potato, Eggplant, Capsicum, Spices, Grass-fed Butter.
Our paleo version of the classic Greek Moussaka made in our very own kitchen.
Oven(recommended): Remove lid and place in oven at 145-155C. Bake for about 10-15 minutes.
Microwave: Place in Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.
