Ingredients: New Zealand Pastured Lamb Shank, Onions, Broccoli, Carrots, Aged Balsamic Vinegar, Wild Canadian Blueberries, Thyme, Rosemary, Parsley, Sage, Sea Salt, Macadamia Honey, Black Pepper, Sea Salt, Grass-fed clarified butter, Coconut oil.
Oven(recommended): Remove lid and place in oven at 145-155C. Bake for about 15-25 minutes.
Microwave: Place in Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.
