Blue Scotch is an early kale that produces blue-green leaves which are finely curled. Extremely hardy and productive; one of the best frost resistant kales (yup, nothing to worry about in sunny Bangkok).
Our organic kales are grown in a greenhouse without the use of synthetic pesticide or herbicide. The kale plants are freshly harvested each morning from a small urban family farm right here in Bangkok.
