Simon Coll, founded in 1840, is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker, which means that every step of making chocolate, from the roasting of selected American and African cocoa beans ,to the delicate wrapping of its bars, is made in house.
Cocoa Mass, sugar, cocoa butter, fat reduced cocoa power, emulsifier (soya lecithin) and flavouring (vanilla).
Cocoa 85% minimum.
May contain milk and nut traces. Gluten free.
We recommend to break off a small portion of chocolate and let it settle on the tongue.
Savour the chocolate while it melts slowly.
Avoid chewing as it would overload your mouth and accentuate bitterness.
Store in cool and dry place at 18ºC. If this is not possible, keep refrigerated, and remove from fridge some minutes before serving.
