Paleo Björn’s Swedish Meatballs

Nothing beats homemade meatballs smothered in a creamy gravy sauce, and yes, they taste so much better than the IKEA version (it’s true). This particular Swedish Meatballs recipe has been passed down from a Swedish grandmother but has a Paleo Robbie twist! Ground chuck is married with ground free-range pork into the well known shape of round, served with pickled cucumbers, brown sauce and cranberry which is an acceptable substitute to lingonberry. Ingredients: NZ Ground Chuck Beef, Free Range Ground Pork, Onion, Almond, Pastured Fed Duck Egg, Coconut Milk, Garlic, All Spice Powder, Nutmeg, Veal Bone Broth, Dijon Mustard, Tapioca starch, Rosemary, Cranberries, Dutch Bintje Potato, Broccoli, Parsley, COCAO Powder,Wild Raw Honey, Cucumber, White Asparagus, Parsley, Evaporated Natural Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
