London Mash & Pie

You've probably seen this in your Youtube feed if you're a foodie. Also known as London's first fast food, this dish has it's humble beginning from East End of London where it was a popular meal for the work-class. It is still very popular today, with a re-surge of interest since it went viral on Youtube. We saw it and we KNEW we had to add it to our meal plan menu. There are 4 main components to a good Pie and Mash; a flavourful and tender beef stew filling, a creamy and buttery mash of potatoes, a crisp crust and a parsley sauce (known affectionately as the parsley "liquour"). Give this a try, you'll LOVE it. Ingredients New Zealand Chuck, Carrot, Celery, Onion, Beefsteak Tomato, Beef Broth, Grass-fed Butter, Tapioca Starch, Parsley, Garlic, Fleur De Sel (Naturally Evaporated Sea Salt), Pasture-raised Duck Eggs, Almond Flour.
