Listen - let's get the obvious out of the way first - we know it's a Thanksgiving plate, and that should mean turkey. 🦃 But our pasture-raised turkeys have been selling strongly this month and we ran out! Unfortunately we can't just make new ones just like that ;) The good news is - our pasture-raised boneless chicken thighs make an excellent alternative. Roasted to perfection by our chefs, it's juicy and tender with golden brown skin. Plus, we're serving it with our homemade cranberry sauce (no preservatives, just the good stuff) and our turkey demiglace. The demiglace is a super unique and hard-to-find sauce - it's made by boiling down the stock from our pasture-raised turkeys until it is a thick, rich sauce (like a gravy, but thicker and more intense in flavor). It pairs super well with meats and also is great drizzled on the sides. Lastly, we serve with mashed potatoes and include roasted carrots and brussels sprouts for a nice serving of veg.
