We wanted a caesar without additives in the dressing or nutrionally-void croutons...and Chef Prapat delivered! Soft juicy marinated chicken breast is cooked sous vide and then grilled lightly to finish, and served with a creamy caesar dressing that brings that umami punch to every bite. We've replaced the usual croutons with crispy chicken skin which brings the salad a nice crunch, as well as free-range bacon. All served on a bed of baby cos, cherry tomato, red onion, and soft boiled duck eggs.
