Probably the most renowned dish coming from the Viennese cuisine, and one of the national dishes of Austria, the Wiener Schnitzel is simply amazing. Free-range pork loin is tenderized and flattened to the traditional shape, and then coated in an almond breading before baked to golden perfection.
