This a delicious a hearty stew inspired by chef Auguste Escoffier; Braised Leg of Lamb Espagnole. New Zealand Leg of Lamb is braised for hours in a thick and succulent Espagnole sauce giving it a rich, deep and very umami flavour. This is definitely a meat lover's dish and the sauce makes you want to eat every last vegetable in our returnable BPA-free container (which you have to return frequently :)) Served with the stew is baked asparagus with almond flour bread crumble and baked paprika cauliflower. Ingredients: Pasture-raised Leg of Lamb, Carrot, Bone Broth, Mirepoix (Carrot, Celery, Onion), Rosemary, Cauliflower, Boundary Bends Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Paprika, Asparagus, Almond, Leek, Black Pepper, Fleur De Sel (Naturally Evaporated Sea Salt).
