A whole loin of Cod is confit with Boundary Bend Estate Extra VirginBoundary Bend Estate Australian EVOO and herbs to give you a soft, succulent and flaky white meat, which is served over a zesty and spicy Arrabiata sauce made from chorizo and tomatoes. Ingredients: Wild Cod Lion, Thyme, Garlic, Zucchini, Capsicum, Eggplant, Onion, Dried Chili, Tomato, Walnut, Hazelnut, Macadamia, Almond Powder, Chorizo, Olive oli, Salt and Black pepper
