Mexican Beef and Sweet Potato Chili

By now you’ve probably gotten the hint that I love sweet potatoes! They have a low glycemic index so they give you that carb satisfaction without raising your blood sugar to the roof. Spicy chili is also one of my favorite dishes to make. What better way than to combine the two for a hearty, filling meal? This is a traditional mexican recipe using rich cacao powder and traditional seasoning, served with sweet potato puree instead of a taco. Who needs taco? Ingredients: Pasture-Fed New Zealand Ground Beef Chuck, Celery, Onion, Garlic, Tomato, Paprika, Cumin, COCAO Powder, Garlic Powder, Veal Broth, Coriander, Lime, Japanese Sweet Potato, Coconut Milk,Boundary Bend Estate Australian EVOO Evaporated Natural Sea Salt and Black Pepper.

A bit too much water after re-heating but that's to be expected.
