The Cobb Salad is a great salad that actually does not contain any Cobb. Legends have it that it's named after a restaurant owner Bob Cobb after he threw it together veggies, grilled chicken and boiled eggs and cheese into a "kitchen sink" salad after being very hungry late one night. Our take on the Cobb salad is a keto nutrient powerhouse! Generous cubes of avocado and slices of eggs combine so perfectly well with grilled chicken and the fresh, crisp vegetables. Of course, a true Cobb salad can be identified by its use of real home-made salad dressing and we use a dijon based vinaigrette that combines all of the flavours so wonderfully. This is a great Keto meal featuring plenty of healthy fats, good proteins and very few carbs. Perfect for lunch or a main dish for dinner.
