Chicken Vindaloo is Robbie’s favorite of the Indian Curry dishes. This Goan Pasture-raised Chicken Vindaloo meal is a traditional Goan dish with a fiery red colour and a slight tang. This curry is rich, creamy while packing enough heat to give it a nice kick. Served with potato, and pasture-raised duck eggs from Klong Phai farm.
Ingredients: Free Range Chicken Thigh, Pasture-fed Duck Eggs, Onion, Red Chili Flakes, Tomato, Sweet Potato, Broccoli, Chili Long Red, Lemon, Marsala Spic, Coconut milk, Coriander, Sea Salt and Pepper.
