Inflammation Obliteration - Turmeric, Ginger, Pepper Smoothie
We don't do smoothies or juices to make them taste sweet and sexy. Our smoothies are mental in the health department. Wait... does that sound right? Well you can guess what I meant to say. Plus they still taste nice. Turmeric is highly anti-inflammatory and consuming a tiny amount of black pepper along side of it will increase the bio availability of turmeric significantly. This is great for people who struggle with constant inflammation like arthritis, but even if you don't it's a good idea to keep inflammation at bay. So what else is in there? Turmeric Root, Shredded Ginger, Banana Bunch, Almond Butter, Blueberries, Cucumbers, Carrot, Broccoli Sprout and Black Pepper Powder You may as well skip your paleo lunch you just ordered.
