The Paleo Grocery is the easiest and healthiest way to do your food shopping in Thailand.

Our online store contains over 300 unique products that are free of synthetic growth hormones, antibiotics and other nasties that are put into food. 

We pride ourselves on stocking items that are free from additives, flavorings, GMO other ingredients that shouldn't make their way into food. 

We stock everything from pasture-fed beef and wild-caught sockeye salmon, to organic vegetables and everything else related to a healthy urban lifestyle.

1. Ordering your first Grocery Box

1. How do I order?

Ordering is easy. You can visit our ordering page here and select your favorite items. Before you can check out we do require you to order a minimum of 1,500 Baht. We work with lower profit margins than your regular supermarket, so this is the only way we can deliver to you for free while giving you great value for money at the same time.

2. When will you deliver my order?

We try our best to confirm your order by email within a couple of hours (during office hours) and we're almost always able to deliver to you the next day. When checking out please fill in your preferred delivery time in the comment box and we'll do our best to honor your request.

In the rare case where we cannot deliver at your requested time we'll get back to you by email with a suggested time. Please try to avoid ordering in traffic congested areas during rush hour.

3. I have a voucher code, where do I enter it?

After you finished shopping you will see voucher box at the bottom of the page just below your contact details. Please enter your personal voucher code here.

2. Payment

1. When will I receive my invoice?

Directly after confirming your grocery purchase you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated amount. The final amount may vary from the estimate.

We work exclusively with pastured animals and wild fish, which vary in weight quite a bit. Therefore we will weigh and pack your order first before finalizing your invoice. As soon as your goodies are in the box we will send you the invoice by email. This is usually 2 hours before delivery.

2. How do I pay?

We currently accept Bank Transfers, Bitcoin, Paypal (credit card) and cash for orders below 5,000 Baht. The payment details for bank transfers can be found at the bottom of your official invoice. If you opted to pay by credit card or paypal we will send you a link by email to make the payment.

Unfortunately paypal charges us for 4% on all transfers. This is a significant amount for us due to the low mark up, so we ask you to split the fee with us. When you pay by paypal/credit card please add 2% on top of the total amount.

3. When do I pay?

Ideally we would like to have payments on the same day. However, we understand we send you the invoice quite late, so this is not always reasonable to expect. If you're too busy or it's inconvenient you can also pay the next day.

3. Delivery

1. Which hours do you deliver?

We currently deliver from Monday to Saturday between 9am and 9pm. When making an order please note your preferred delivery time in the check out section. We will contact you by email to confirm your delivery time, as sometimes we do not have everything stock.

Please avoid ordering during rush our in traffic congested areas. We can't guarantee to be on time and our delivery staff will love you for it.

2. How are the groceries delivered?

Currently we pack your order with a lot of ice in a foam box. While this is very efficient to keep your food ice cold and safe, we also know that this isn't the best for our environment. We are looking for a better way to pack. Meanwhile we ask you to return the foam box to us when possible, so we can recycle them or dispose of them carefully.

Please do not hesitate to ask our delivery staff to wait a moment while you unpack.

3. How will I be notified once my order arrives?

You can be notified by Line, Whatsapp, SMS, Phonecall or a simply a knock on the door. Whichever you prefer. If you'd like to be notified ahead of time then please let us know in the comment box when checking out and we will give you a call in advance.

4. Do I need to tip the delivery staff?

It's not expected of you to tip the messengers. We pay them quite well and they don't rely on any additional income. Of course if you feel they provided an extra service to you then you are free to do so.

5. Where do you deliver?

We deliver everywhere in central Bangkok. We also deliver to far out areas like Nichada Thani, Samut Prakan and many places in between.
