A tangy, organic orange marmalade 🍊 Refrigerate after opening. About the producer: Dalhousie Foods are a family-owned business in the Dalhousie region of Victoria, Australia north of Melbourne. For 30 years they have been making organic preserves from Australia’s best organic, sustainable farms - many of which are their neighbors in Victoria. We love to support local producers - and you will find local jams & preserves in our offering - but we’re proud to also carry the great lineup from Dalhousie which features a number of fruits you can’t find in Thailand. Ingredients: Organic sugar, organic orange concentrate, organic orange peel, lemon concentrate, pectin Additive note - about pectin: Pectin is a naturally occurring carbohydrate (polysaccharide to be specific) that’s extracted from citrus fruit peels. It’s used here as a gelling agent, helping the sugar and acid in the fruit spread together nicely. It’s completely non-toxic.
