Wild King Mackerel Steak

Wild-sustainably-caught seafood from the pristine turquoise water of Southern Thailand. Every morning, our fisherman takes his small boat out to the ocean and return within a couple hours. Because of the unique, cliff-like topography of the Andaman that makes deep water fishing more accessible, our fishermen are able to catch many varieties of abundant seafood from their short 10-mile trip. Our king mackerel (ปลาอินทรีย์) comes in a thick, ~1" extra-thick-cut, we can guarantee you won't be able to find this elsewhere. It's the optimum cut to really taste the juiciness and the flakes that will melt in your mouth. This fish is famous deep-fried, topped with sweet-savory fish sauce & coconut sugar sauce.
