Ours is loaded with omega 3's, vitamin A and K and absolutely packed with protein. But most importantly, they are 100% whole foods without anything artificial. Our wild salmon nuggets are already cooked, so all you have to do for a great healthy snack at home: For best results remove the bag from the freezer and allow them to thaw in the fridge overnight. If you're in a rush and will consume the meat immediately you can place the bag under running water or in a bowl of water for about 20 minutes until thawed. Oven or air-fryer Bake the nuggets on an oven-proof tray at 180c for 5 - 7 minutes until golden brown. Pan-fry Shallow fry the nuggets until golden brown on medium heat.
