Simmered in a rich, reduction of blueberry and balsamic, the meat just slides off the bone! Served with heirloom carrots, organic cauliflower, broccolini. Ingredients: New Zealand Pastured Leg OfLamb, Onions, Broccolini, Carrots, Aged Balsamic Vinegar, Wild Canadian Blueberries, Thyme, Rosemary, Parsley, Sage, Sea Salt, Macadamia Honey, Black Pepper, Sea Salt, Grass-fed clarified butter, Coconut oil. Cooking Instructions: Oven(recommended): Remove lid and place in oven at 145-155C. Bake for about 15-25 minutes. Microwave: Place in Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.
