Properly done chipotle-flavored meats are not easy to find in this part of the world. So we started from scratch, making our own chipotle sauce in adobo and slowly cooking the grass-fed, New Zealand brisket till fork tender and flash freeze to -40c. Great to have on hand for a quick, easy, and delicious dinner. As always - no added sugars, preservatives, or cheap oils. Reheating Instructions: For best results remove the container from the freezer, place it on a plate or tray and allow it to thaw in the fridge overnight. For quicker defrosting use the defrost function on your microwave. Oven Spread the content onto a tray or oven-safe container and heat it up in a preheated oven at 150 c for about 10 minutes. For extra crispness turn up the oven to 200c for extra 2 - 4 minutes till your liking. Stove top Place the content on a pan and heat up on low - medium heat till it is heated through. For extra crispness put your pan on high heat for a few minutes till you hear the crackling sound. Ingredients: Grass-fed NZ beef brisket, house-made chipotle in adobo, green capsicum, white onions, garlic, tomatoes, jalapeño chili, cumin, paprika, oregano, extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar.
