Our Cream of Carrot is smooth, creamy and full of flavour. A wonderful way to enjoy beta-Carotene rich carrots. Goes great with chicken dishes as well as cod dishes. This perfect side dish is a Vitamin A (4,000 RAE) and both Alpha Carotene (16,500 micrograms) and Beta Carotene (40,000 micrograms) powerhouse. Ingredients: Fresh Carrot, Carrot juice (hand pressed from fresh carrots), Cumin, Fleur de Sel (Salt)
