Expect a bit more pronounced flavor in this cold-pressed option compared to the refined avocado oils you usually see. - High smoke point: Combined with its high smoke point, this makes it great for stir fries or other frying or roasting without breaking down and producing harmful compounds - High in monounsaturated fats: The same ones that make EVOO a good choice. - Cold-pressed: These oils preserve their natural nutrient and flavor profile better than refined oils; for avocado oil you'll get plenty of vitamin E and phytosterols.
