Frustrated by the sad options in the frozen pizza space? So were we. So we teamed up with our good friends at Sarnies to take frozen pizzas from "meh" to "OMG seriously?" 🍕 It starts with a whole wheat sourdough base from Sarnies (a team that knows a thing or two about great sourdough). Spread on some pizza sauce from none other than Bianco Dinapoli - from pizza legend and tomato king Chris Bianco - which we're proud to bring over to Thailand. This is the classic Margherita, so all that's left is a mix of fior di latte, mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, a drizzle of EVOO, and some sweet basil before it takes a ride in Sarnies' pizza oven before being immediately packaged and frozen down. The last step? Just reheat it (directly from frozen) in less than 15 minutes, slice it up, and enjoy some pizza bliss 🤤 Ingredients: Bread flour, pizza flour, sea salt, fresh yeast, whole wheat sourdough starter, water, Bianco DiNapoli organic pizza sauce, fior di latte, cheddar, mozzarella, extra virgin olive il, sweet basil How to reheat: Remove the cardboard base and place into a preheated oven at 200C for about 8-10 minutes. Note that all appliances vary slightly so check on it at 8 minutes and let it go to your desired level of crispiness.
