We took this famous Northern Thai sausage for a spin. Using New Zealand grass-fed beef, instead of traditionally pork, our Sai Oua (ใส้อั่ว) has got an intensified full flavor. Super fragrant from our homemade herbs mix, and rounded off with the famous Red Boat fish sauce and a touch of organic coconut sugar. To cook: Defrost overnight in the refrigerator.
