Our NZ grass-fed prime steer ribeye roll, ready for your next special occasion 🍽️ We cut from our bestselling Canterbury ribeye to between 1.2-1.5kg, perfect to serve 5-6 people. We've also already wrapped them in butcher's twine and include a sprig of rosemary. Ready to roast! Roasting instructions: - rub olive oil, thyme, and rosemary onto the roast - preheat oven to 170 degrees C - roast for approximately 40-45 minutes (If you have a meat thermometer, you can keep an eye on the roast and pull it out when the internal temperature reaches about 48 degrees C.)
