Homemade Marshmallow

Soft, fluffy, with just the right amount of bounce, our marshmallows are carefully crafted in small-batch and left to naturally set for at least 6 hours. Hand-cut into bite-size cubes, so you could enjoy them as snacks, in a hot chocolate, or in everyone's campfire favorite s'more.🔥 We make our marshmallow with just 3 ingredients: beef gelatin, organic coconut nectar, and water-- because really, that's all you need, ditching all the names you don't recognize in the back of your usual bag such as tetra-sodium pyrophosphate, dextrose, xanthan gum, blue1, just to name a few. These are the same marshmallows we use in our Dark Chocolate Rocky Road ice cream. Please keep refrigerated. Warning: Highly addictive. Ingredients: Beef gelatin, water, organic coconut nectar, potato starch (for dusting only).
