The "Oro" or Gold label is our most balanced 'Balsamic Vinegar of Modena' between sweet and sour. This balsamic vinegar is produced with organically grown grapes of seven specific varieties: Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta Fortana and Montuni.
