Italian Butcher's Ragu

Rich, hearty & chunky slow-cooked ragu. Made with grass-fed ground beef chuck, pasture-raised lamb, free-range ground pork & beef liver. The ragu is slow-cooked for over 4 hours to bring out the healthy fats from the quality proteins and richen the tomato sauce, resulting in a hearty sauce that will perfectly coat your pasta. Cooked in-house without any added sugar or preservatives. Reheating recommendation Allow it to defrost in the fridge before transferring to a saucepan and reheating over low-medium heat, stirring occasionally. If you would like to thin out the sauce, we recommend adding in a little bit of our grass-fed beef stock to keep the rich meaty flavor.
