These ketone strips are the most cost-efficient way to test for the presence of ketones in your urine. All you have to do is to pee on the strip and wait for a minute. It is useful when you want to test how quickly you get back in ketosis when you get out because you went out with your friends, testing how you do with cyclical ketogenic diet, etc. You may also want to test what your upper limit of carb is to remain in ketosis.
