The secret to a good lamb steak; to not over-season or marinate it in anything over-powering. We decided to take a more succulent approach with this steak and let the natural flavours of the lamb shine through. Roasted gently in our ovens and lightly seasoned with herb butter and rosemary, this lamb is juicy, tender and mouth-wateringly good. Of course, to make this dish exciting and give it a kick, we paired the steaks with a spicy saute of asparagus and mushroom, as well as spicy sweet potato, giving this dish a great combination of sweet and spicy to accompany the lamb steak.
