The secret to a good lamb steak is to not over-season or marinate it in anything over-powering. We decided to take a more succulent approach with this steak and let the natural flavors of the lamb shine through. Roasted gently in our ovens and lightly seasoned with herb butter and rosemary, this lamb is juicy, tender, and mouth-wateringly good. Of course, to make this dish exciting and give it a kick, we paired the steaks with a spicy saute of asparagus and mushroom, as well as spicy sweet potato, giving this dish a great combination of sweet and spicy to accompany the lamb steak. Heating instructions For best results, defrost overnight in the fridge. Reheat the protein separately to avoid overcooking. Oven (recommended): Remove the plastic lid and place the container in the oven at 145-155C. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, half the time for protein. Microwave: Transfer to a microwave-proof dish and place in microwave on high for 4-5 minutes, stirring halfway through. Ingredients: Leg of Lamb Steak, cumin, grass-fed butter, garlic, rosemary, sweet potato, paprika, asparagus shiitake, dried chili, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, black pepper.
