Made with a mix of three premium meats (grass-fed beef, pork, and lamb) and a range of classic Mexican spices, this chili is braised for hours and then immediately flash frozen. To eat, simply defrost in your fridge overnight and then pop it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes on high for a flavorful, filling, healthy, and easy meal. You could also heat it up on the stove for a more delicate re-heat. Ingredients: Grass-fed prime steer chuck roll, ground free-range pork, pasture-raised lamb leg, capsicum, onion, cajun spice, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, coriander, lime, paprika, cayenne, cumin, natural sea salt and black pepper.
