Our chili has been one of our bestselling dishes since we launched it in 2016. This one features grass-fed NZ prime steer beef, pasture-raised pork, and ground leg of NZ lamb. We also mix in a small amount of veal liver for the added nutrient punch. Braised for hours in a variety of spices, cacao and and delicious Bell peppers. Added to this is a roasted sweet potato for some clean-burning carbs and a big dollop of guacamole with a bit of pico de gallo sauce to round out the flavor. Ingredients: Prime steer chuck roll, ground pork, lamb leg, capsicum, onion, cajun spice, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, avocado, tomato, coriander, lime, paprika, cayenne, cumin, natural sea salt and black pepper.
