This tagine is a slow-cooked, mouth-watering stew of pasture-fed New Zealand Lamb Leg which gets its exotic Moroccan flavors from a blend of aromatic spices such as turmeric, cumin, cardamom, tamarind, and prune. Heating instructions For best result defrost overnight in the fridge. Oven (recommended): Remove the plastic lid and place the container in the oven at 145-155C. Bake for about 10-15 minutes. Microwave: Transfer to a microwave-proof dish and place in microwave on high for 4-5 minutes, stirring halfway through. Ingredients: NZ lamb short loin, Tasmanian beef liver, onion, dried prunes, Japanese pumpkin, tamarind, cardamon powder, paprika, garlic powder, cumin powder, carrot, coriander, almond, cauliflower, sea salt, and pepper.
