Store-bought dried herbs are often up to 2 years old before you buy them! After tasting Organic dried parsley herbs from Chef James' Ori9in farm, we'll never go back. As the Chef says, it's like the difference between cooking with sawdust and real herbs 😎 This is organic dried parsley from Ori9in's farm in Chiang Mai. Great for all kinds of cooking, but especially Italian or Mediterranean. Try sprinkling into your next stir fry or as a garnish for your next dish. About our partnership with Ori9in and Chef James Noble: We started growing our own produce with Chef James and the Ori9in team soon after seeing their beautiful farm in San Sai, about 40 minutes’ drive north of Chiang Mai - and tasting the quality for ourselves. Chef James - who previously worked in two Michelin-starred kitchens in his career as a chef - grows a variety of hard-to-find fruits & veggies on the farm, and brings a world class chef’s attention to detail and quality to everything he grows. His passion for sustainable, super high quality produce ultimately led him to leave the kitchen and start growing it himself - starting first in Pranburi (where he ran the successful chef’s table Boutique Farmers with produce from his small farm) and now in Chiang Mai where Ori9in organically farms nearly 500 rai. Everything is grown in healthy, robust soil and the farmers use a variety of permaculture techniques and zero pesticides or herbicides to achieve a 100% organic, nutrient-dense, and delicious final product. We’re very confident you’ll be able to taste the difference with our organic dried parsley. Other customers include a who’s who list of Michelin-starred or 5-star hotel kitchens in Thailand…but this is the first time you’ll be able to get Chef James’ produce in regular retail. We’re also using a variety of ingredients from the farm in our Fresh Meals. We generally get our deliveries of organic dried parsley Thursday mornings from the farm - so if your grocery order is delivered on Thursday, it was likely picked, packed, and delivered to you within 24 hours from being in the soil in Chiang Mai 🤯
