While the rest of the dairy industry moved toward massive industrial lots, soy-based feeds, and heavy processing, third-generation owner Bruce Symons decided to go back to the way his grandfather did things. This is "old-school" organic dairy from pasture-fed cows, made with traditional / non-industrial methods in small batches by a passionate producer making the most of southern Australia’s pristine dairy country.
