About the Producer "Left Hand Roasters" is a purpose-driven coffee company that champions the communities behind every cup. Inspired by the spirit of alchemy and nonconformity, the name “Left Hand” reflects their mission to transform quality coffee from Northern Thailand into something truly special. Since first meeting small-scale farmers in Mae Hong Son in 2005, they’ve built close, ethical partnerships grounded in sustainability, biodiversity, and fair trade. Their commitment to regenerative farming and true craftsmanship -- from processing to roasting -- resulted in artisanal "Thai" farm-to-cup beans. About "P' Sri" (พี่ศรี) Khun Lao single-origin coffee P'Sri is a leading woman in the Thai coffee community of Khun Lao, Chiang Rai and the namesake for this single-origin, light roast beans.
