This is a very richly flavored demi-glace (or gravy), made from our roasted pasture-raised turkey bones, organic vegetables and fresh herbs. We cook it for 24 hours to extract natural collagen and gelatin from the turkey bones which gives a thick, jelly-like finish and a sticky rich mouthfeel. Adding some of this to your plate will also give you a healthy dose of the amino acids you’ll get from eating fully “nose to tail,” which you would not otherwise get if you stick to the main cuts. Simply reheat for a restaurant-quality “jus” you can pour over cooked turkey or other poultry products. You could also consume this as an extremely rich bone broth or use it as a base for a large batch of soup - it’s highly concentrated and will impart its rich flavor when diluted into soups and stews with other ingredients.
