A stunning centerpiece for your holiday table this year! Catching the limelight no less than the turkey is our roasted pork loin with sun-dried tomato and broccoli stuffing. Free-range pork loin packed with umami bombs from our sun-dried tomato and herbaceous broccoli stuffing wrapped in Sloane's smoked bacon to keep everything deliciously juicy even after reheating. This stuffed roast pork loin is pre-roasted to a "medium" level of doneness so that you can reheat it to the perfect temperature. Pink pork may result from the bacon-wrapped in the middle, please do not be alarmed as we cooked the pork to the health and safety standard temperature requirements. Reheating instructions For best result defrost overnight in the fridge. Unwrap the pork loin and place it on a roasting tray for 30 minutes to 1 hour to bring it to room temperature. Preheat your oven to 150 Celsius. Add about 2 Tablespoons of water into the tray and cover with aluminum foil (shiny side down). Place the roast pork loin into your preheated oven for about 15 - 20 minutes. Remove the foil for the last 5-10 minutes to crisp up the crust. Check the core temperature halfway with a thermometer, a cake tester, or a knife to see that it is warmed through. Remove the twine, carve and serve! Please note: Every oven is different please be sure to keep an eye on your pork loin to avoid overcooking.
