Looking for something different than your classic chicken soup? Try our Scallion & Ginger Broth! Our slowly rendered free-range chicken and pork bones give the soup a hearty, rich flavor, while the fresh ginger and scallion add a bit of zing. We simmer our broth for 8 hours, skimming off the top constantly to make sure no impurities can cloud the broth. After straining, we cook it just a bit longer with fresh ginger, scallion, and clove for the finishing touch. Ingredients: Free-range pork bone stock, free-range chicken thigh, organic apple cider vinegar, kombu, shiitake mushroom, onion, garlic, ginger, leek, spring onion, coconut cooking oil, sea salt, black pepper, ground cloves. Keep refrigerated after thawing - can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days. We suggest heating up in a pot on low heat or in a microwave-safe mug on a medium or high setting for 15 - 30 seconds.
