Smoked Beef Brisket (14hrs smoke), sliced in a 200 gram portion. The seasoning is Himalayan pink salt and fresh cracked pepper, plus spice rub and brined. This is an excellent slow-cook beef cut that delivers a concentrated flavour hit and melt-in-the-mouth texture.

The high level of connective tissue that occurs naturally in the Brisket guarantees to deliver indulgently sticky and delicious braising juices.
