Enjoy within 3 days, and if opened, finish within 24 hours. Reheating Instructions: Soup can be reheated directly from the freezer or defrosted overnight in the fridge. Microwave Transfer the content onto a microwave-proof bowl. Heat on medium-high for 2 - 3 minutes, until heated through.
