Chicken Vindaloo is Robbie’s favorite of the Indian Curry dishes. This Goan Pasture-raised Chicken Vindaloo meal is a traditional Goan dish with fiery red color and a slight tang. This curry is rich, creamy while packing enough heat to give it a nice kick. Served with potato, and pasture-raised duck eggs from Klong Phai farm. Heating instructions For best result defrost overnight in the fridge. Oven (recommended): Remove the plastic lid and place the container in the oven at 145-155C. Bake for about 10-15 minutes. Microwave: Transfer to a microwave-proof dish and place in microwave on high for 4-5 minutes, stirring halfway through. Ingredients: Free-range chicken thigh, pasture-fed duck eggs, onion, tomato, sweet potato, broccoli, chili, green peas, lemon, ga-ram marsala, coconut cream, coriander, sea salt, pepper, grass-fed ghee.
