Smoked Ham is traditionally brined with sugars, so our chef's finally made a Sugar Free Smoked Ham, in big natural thin slices. Instead of curing we smoked the hams for 14 hours low and slow over a blend of lychee and apple wood so the taste is very subtle and very much like traditional sliced ham. Paleo Robbie's home-made pork is raised on our free-range farm in Ratchaburi, Thailand and are roaming & frolicking around freely. Our pigs rummage the ground looking for big fat beetles while at the same time aerating the soil.
