White Ranges Tomahawk

Ribeye on the bone, cote de boeuf, or also known as a Tomahawk. Most restaurants serve a grain-fed industrial version, however Paleo Robbie found a 100% grass-fed tomahawk! As with all our pasture raised animals, weights of each cut differ but they come in around 1.2kg which is enough for 2-4 adults. You'll notice the fat is a nice healthy creamy colour which is quite different than the very white colour fat of grainfed animals.
