Large fillet of Atlantic line-caught Wolf Fish. On par with the quality of our bestselling Halibut fillet. The lean, pearly white flesh of the wolffish has a firm texture and a mild, sweet flavor, sometimes likened to lobster. It's considered a semi-fatty white fish with plenty of omega-3. Like other cold water fish such as herring it contains a good amount of Vitamin D too. It can to be prepared using a variety of cooking methods such as sautéing, grilling, broiling, roasting, steaming or poaching, but the lean meat dries out quickly if overcooked.
