Wild Snow Fish Steak Grade B

This is a firm white fish steak that can be sauteed, grilled, baked, or broiled. Our grade B steak cut is a three-quarter steak (but with two flat sides so cooks like a normal fish steak), and comes with a friendlier price tag. The origin and living of the snow fish is at the bottom of the sea with dept up to 300 meter.
