Paleo Erik's notes This rosé is very fresh with nice minerality and a touch of muscle weight that balances the strawberry and orange zest notes. Its roundness is driven by a smacking acidity. Flavours of tart fruit on the finish. This is a big, dry, berried wine that pairs beautifully with a plate of prosciutto and ripe summer tomatoes.
